When you place an order online or by telephone, all in-stock paintings are shipped from our facility within 48-72 hours.
Orders in Naples, Florida
If you live in Naples, Florida, you can call artist for free shipping. Usually the delivery is made within 48-72 hours but time delay possible.
Shipment within USA and Worldwide
The majority of all orders will be delivered within 10-14 days of purchase. Transit time for international shipments is 5-7 business. Delivery times are affected by a number of variables, which may lead to a delay in shipment.
On the day your order is shipped, we will promptly contact you by e-mail with a tracking number and method of shipment. If you are in a rush to receive your order, we would be happy to elevate your order to "Priority Status" at a nominal fee. Please note that orders to states outside the Continental USA (Alaska and Hawaii) are subject to the same shipping policy that applies to international destinations.
Shipment cost
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders for framed or unframed paintings to any destination in the Continental USA. Please Note: An Oversize Shipping Surcharge is assessed on orders that contain extra large size paintings that are 36" x 48" or larger, which are either framed, gallery wrapped, or canvas stretched.
All orders shipped to international destinations enjoy FREE shipping only for unframed paintings rolled in a shipping tube. For any orders containing framed paintings, Buyer will pay for the shipping and handling charges. To determine the price, you may contact us in advance of placing your order for a shipping quotation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which allows you to easily track your shipment and be aware of the actual day your order will arrive to your door.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges, including import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. When ordering from ArtInNaplesFl.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country where the goods are being received.
Important note regarding rolling up acrylic. It is not our recommendation. There are definite risks to be aware of, such as the imprinting or ferrotyping of the surface, the sticking of interleave materials, and sometimes cracking if handled at cold temperatures. Some materials, like paper or bubble wrap, can also leave pieces stuck to the surface, creating a major restoration project that may never get the work back to its original state. If you choose shipment of rolled-up artwork in a shipping tube, no return will apply. In that case Buyer is also responsible for any damages to the artwork.
